Leasing Information


How to Lease
  1. Organize your housemates.
    Unless you plan to live alone or with family, you'll want to identify compatible housemates first. Pick wisely and you'll be glad you did.
  2. Review the room details and determine who is interested in the various rooms.
  3. Decide how your group will split the rent. That's up to you, since different groups will use the space in various ways (e.g., one group might have two people in the master bedroom while others have one).  
  4. Contact us to answer questions and schedule a tour.  Please do not bother the current residents.
  5. Have each member of your group complete and return a Rental Application to house@6892trigo.com
  6. Sign a lease and pay the first security deposit (described below).
Rent and Cleaning/Security Deposit
  • Monthly rent depends on the number of people in your household: $4900 for up to 4, $5000 for 5, $5100 for 6.
  • The cleaning/security deposit is equal to twice the monthly rent.  Half the deposit is due when the lease is signed.  The other half is due July 1st, when the first rent payment is also due.
  • You should expect to get your entire deposit back, less any charges for cleaning and/or repairing damage.  Any such deductions would be individually explained.
Student Renters
  • Parents must co-sign the lease only for renters under 18.  Parents of older students are welcome to contact us if they have any questions.
